Owners Duncan and Jane Clark opened in Meads in July 2014. Duncan tells the story.

‘We had a lot of customers from Eastbourne receiving home deliveries from our Lewes store who for many years had asked to open a store here. Eastbourne is a big town and we spent a long time looking for the perfect spot for our new shop. Meads Village felt like it had a real sense of community and is such a lovely location to work in.

It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know our customers in Meads, they have been very welcoming and loyal since we opened. Many have recommended us to their friends and we now have customers visiting us from all over Eastbourne. We are a business with traditional values and feel very much at home here.’
